Clusters – Big picture...

Church is not just for Sundays.  St Thomas Crookes has a strong missionary call to take the ‘better life’ that Jesus talks of (John 10:10) to the city of Sheffield and beyond.

Our heart is to reach our streets, our estates, and campuses of our city with Jesus’ kingdom message. Our primary way of doing this is gathering disciples into missionary communities called Clusters.

What is a Cluster?

A cluster is a community (20-30 people) made up of 2-3 cell groups. Finding a community where you can share your life is really important.Each cluster endeavours to be this as well as having a passion to reach outwards.Each cluster has its own distinct missionary (outward) focus, whether it is a particular street, people group, or area of the city, and each one is led by a number of students. Clusters generally gather monthly as a community to reach out in mission.The cell groups normally meet weekly.Cells gather to encourage each other, to read the Bible, pray and worship and to be a great support and encouragement.
