Prayers

Here at St.Thomas Crookes, we are passionate about prayer. We want to see the students of this city saved and revival breakout at both universities. But without prayer we are are incapable of seeing this change in our city, without petitioning to God to see barriers broken down, eyes opened and hearts stirred, mission is ineffective and we may as well stop trying.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God"  Philippians 4:6

Because we are so desperate to see God move powerfully  within our student communities, we have set up a number of prayer events across the academic year, where we can come together and pray for the students of this city. The dates of these events are below.

We would love to see as many of you there so we can see lives of our coursemates, housemates, friends from societies and sports clubs, freshers in halls and the rest of the student body of this city changed for the better.

At this church, we also meet for prayers at 9am throughout the week.

On Wednesdays at 3pm, we gather students together to pray for our friends, our clusters, and for each other.

If you're free on a Wednesday at 3pm, we would love for you to join us, and pray with us for the life of this student church.

We meet at church, and at the University of Sheffield Students' Union.

To get involved with any of this stuff, and to see this city change for the better, please contact us.
